Its sequel, Dune: Part Two, is looking to build on the first film’s success and is already one of the most
anticipated films of 2023.

film adaptation of Frank Herbert’s beloved sci-fi novel comes from the visionary director Denis
Villeneuve and boasts an all-star cast.

The Cast And Crew
Villeneuve said in August 2021 that Zendaya‘s Chani will have a larger part in the sequel, despite the fact
that Chani spent much of Part One’s screen time in random visions:
“I can’t wait to shoot the second part of Dune to get [Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya] back together.
Knowing that in the next chapter Zendaya will be the protagonist of the story.”

Fans of Zendaya will be pleased to know that they may see more of her character in the next sequel, even
though it may just mean Chani will have a larger part than she had in this film and also Josh Brolin
(Euphoria) and Timothée Chalamet (Bones and All) are also returning. Rebecca Ferguson and Dave
Bautista Javier Bardem, Charlotte Rampling, and Stellan Skarsgrd (all 45 years old).

Will Part 2 Stream Online?
Warner Bros. controversially decided to broadcast all of their films the same day they were released in
theatres during the height of the pandemic. In 2021, they changed to a 45-day release window, in
which films would air on HBO Max 45 days after they had finished playing in theatres. Due to this
tactic, many individuals viewed the original Dune on HBO Max. However, Dune: Part Two will only be
accessible in theatres if they reopen and people are prepared to return to them throughout the world.
Months after it has been shown in theatres, the movie will be available digitally.
Who Is Making Dune: Part Two?
For the follow-up, Denis Villeneuve will once again be the director. The script was co-written by
Villeneuve and Jon Spaihts. The cinematography is once more handled by Greig Fraser (Rogue One: A Star
Wars Story), and Hans Zimmer (Interstellar), who also composed the soundtrack, is back.
