The plot

The Season 1 finale of Loki left many possibilities for Season 2. After Sylvie killed He Who Remains, the

Sacred Timeline collapsed, leading to the creation of multiple branches in the multiverse. This sets the

stage for a “war for the soul of the TVA,” as Tom Hiddleston teased.

When Loki is pushed through a time door, he ends up in an alternate reality TVA where no one recognizes

him. This will pose challenges for Loki as he tries to help this version of the TVA find a solution. The fate

of the TVA personnel, who were all taken from their original timelines and had their memories erased, is

another mystery to be unraveled in the upcoming season. Moreover, Owen Wilson confirmed that Season 2 will delve deeper into Mobius’ story, possibly revealing his life before joining the TVA.

Furthermore, Owen Wilson has stated that Loki Season 2 would go further into Mobius’s narrative, maybe

disclosing his life before the TVA, adding:

I thought I would have a good time but I really enjoyed it. I’ve been lucky working on a million movies and always having a good time but on that one, I had a really great time and that continued on Season Two. Maybe even moreso because we were filming in London and being there at Pinewood but yeah, [his story] just goes deeper.
