rogues and villains for public perception.

and gain global power. His plan involved recruiting a team of former villains, including Goliath, Fixer,
Screaming Mimi, Beetle, and Moonstone They assumed new identities as Citizen V, Atlas, Techno,
Songbird, MACH-1, and Meteorite However, Zemo’s plan backfired when his teammates genuinely
reformed and overthrew him.
Over the years, many Marvel characters have been part of the Thunderbolts, including Deadpool,
Abomination, Whiplash, Venom, Norman Osborn, and others Notable heroes like Hawkeye and America
Chavez, and Spectrum have also joined the team at various points. Even Zemo has been in and out of the
group, occasionally attempting to reform but often returning to his villainous ways.
