Alienoid: Part 2, which just revealed its release date, is one such instance. You may already be anticipating Alienoid’s return if you saw the original film when it was released last year.

The July 20, 2022, release date of the first Alienoid film It came as no surprise that a second portion was

ordered as soon as it was released. Don’t forget to watch Alienoid Part 2, which will arrive on January

Returning for Alienoid: Part 2, we’ll see familiar faces:

  • Kim Tae-ri as Yi An
  • Ryu Jun-yeol as Mureuk
  • Kim Woo-bin as Guard/Thunder
  • Yum Jung-ah as Heuk-seol
  • Jo Woo-jin as Cheong-woon
  • Kim Eui-sung as Ja-jang

Joining this installment, the new cast members are:

  • Jin Sun-kyu as Neung-pa

The Plot

What is Alienoid: Part 2 Story About?

In Part 2, the story picks up where it left off. The poster showcases Mureuk (Ryu Jun-yeol),

Thunder (Kim Woo-bin), and Lee Ahn (Kim Tae-ri), standing resolute with a tagline that declares, “Our

return is essential. To safeguard all.”

The visual hints at their confrontation with a new adversary: a malevolent alien atmosphere named

“Hava.”

The trailer provides a glimpse into the forthcoming narrative. Lee Ahn ventures through time to recover

the Divine Sword, accompanied by Heuk-seol (Yum Jung-ah) and Cheong-woon (Jo Woo-jin) in a race to

prevent the cataclysmic Hava eruption.

Simultaneously, Thunder’s reappearance suggests involvement with a future time portal, while Mureuk

faces an enigmatic internal struggle.

Who is Behind Alienoid: Part 2 Production?

Choi Dong-hoon wrote and directed Part 2. He was also in charge of the original film.

Jeon Woo Chi, Assassination, and The Thieves are some of his other films.

Caper Film is in charge of producing the film.
