The latest trailer, “Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire,” from the fifth part of MonsterVerse makes a return. Following Legendary Pictures’ 2021 release of “Godzilla vs. Kong,” which was directed by Adam Wingard again, this upcoming monster movie follows in his footsteps. As Dr. Illene Andrews, Bernie Hayes, Jia, and Rebecca Hall, respectively, Brian Tyree Henry and Kaylee Hottle, they return to their respective roles in 2021. Dan Stevens and Fala Chen, who are new to the franchise, also feature in the film.

“The New Empire” is the 38th movie in the Godzilla franchise, which started in Japan in 1954 with Ishirō Honda’s “Godzilla,” and it comes from a long line of movies. This is also the thirteenth movie in the King Kong franchise, which debuted in the United States in 1933 with the RKO Picture.
Written by Terry Rossio, Jeremy Slater, and Simon Barrett, “Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire” is produced by John Jashni, Alex Garcia, Eric McLeod, Brian Rogers, Thomas Tull, and Mary Parent. On April 12, 2024, the creature feature is scheduled to open in theatres.
