Directed by Koratala Siva, Devara Part- 1 will release on April 5 in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi languages. You can see the Devara Part- 1 teaser below.
In the Devara Part-1 teaser released on Monday, a blood-soaked Jr NTR fiercely battles pirates on the shores of the Red Sea. The one-minute, 19-second video begins with pirate boats sailing on a stormy night. Jr NTR, armed with a curved sword, ruthlessly confronts them as the powerful sea shanty “All Hail The Tiger” by Jawan music composer Anirudh Ravichander sets the intense tone in the background.

“This sea has witnessed more swords and blood than fish. No wonder they call it the ‘Red Sea’,” says Jr NTR at the end of the video, hinting at his character’s quest for justice and revenge.

The grim blue-hued video is a nod to other pirate sagas like the Johnny Depp and Keira Knightley-starrer Pirates of the Caribbean film series. Rathnavelu ISC has worked on the cinematography, while the VFX is supervised by Yugandhar T.

Janhvi Kapoor, Prakash Raj, Meka Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, Narain, and Murali Sharma are among the other actors in Koratala Siva’s Devara Part 1. It is Janhvi’s Telugu debut, while Saif Ali Khan plays the film’s primary antagonist.
The first installment of the Devara, which is being produced by Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts, will be available in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi on April 5.
