In “Renegade Nell,” Louisa Harland stars as the titular heroine Nell Jackson, known for her role in “Derry Girls.” The cast also includes Joely Richardson as Lady Moggerhanger, Adrian Lester as the Earl of Poynton, and Nick Mohammed as Billy Blind. Renegade Nell plot
“Renegade Nell” follows the journey of Nell, a resourceful young woman framed for murder. With her sisters Roxy and George, along with the spirited Billy Blind, Nell becomes a legendary highwaywoman. They face off against the cunning Earl of Poynton, portrayed by Adrian Lester. As Nell’s destiny intertwines with larger power struggles, she realizes her role in the European conflicts.
