Suriya, portraying the lead character, has recently commenced dubbing for his parts in this highly anticipated movie.

Producer Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green expressed gratitude to Bobby Deol for his contribution to the film, acknowledging his role in making it special. On July 23 of the previous year, the film’s makers unveiled a teaser on Saregama Tamil’s official YouTube channel. The teaser was released in six languages—Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, English, and Hindi—positioning “Kanguva” as one of the most eagerly awaited pan-India films of 2024. The teaser opens with Suriya portraying a fierce warrior, a departure from his previous role as an advocate in “Jai Bheem.” He appears with long hair and a rugged appearance, surrounded by corpses, a horse, and his loyal army, setting an intense and captivating tone for the film.
